We offer a range of Executive Training, Coaching and Mentoring approaches suitable for application in different organisational and individual environments.

Executive Coaching is a process that enables learning and development to occur and thus performance to improve. To be a successful coach requires a knowledge and understanding of process as well as the variety of styles, skills and techniques that are appropriate to the context in which the coaching takes place.

Mentoring is support by one person to another in making significant transitions in knowledge, work or thinking.

We aim to achieve the maximum impact with the minimum disruption of normal work, or time away from base. We provide a training needs analysis as the basis for designing a cost effective programme.
